Hoe om te gebruik: Spoel mond en tandeborsel af met gedistileerde water.Sit ‘n klein bietjie tandepasta op borsel en borsel saggies vir ten minste 5 minute.Moet nie mond uitspoel nie, hou eers die produk nog in die mond sonder om te sluk.Spoeg meeste uit’n paar keer na mekaar voor uitspoel met gedistileerde water.Die olie gevoel na die tyd sal toevoeg tot verder beskerming.

Nota: Die ge-aktiveerde houtskool sal nie klere of handoeke vlek nie.

How to use: Wet mouth and toothbrush with distilled water. Apply small amount of toothpaste and brush gently for at least 5 minutes. Do not rinse mouth afterwards, keep paste in mouth for another 5 minutes  without swallowing. Spit out most of paste, several times with distilled water. The oil residue left over in mouth will aid in further protection.
